In 2004 me and Keith Moline from David Thomas and the two pale boys released an album with Frank Black of Pixies songs. They came out on CD at the time but are now being released on white vinyl on demon records
Frank Black came to my house and set up with acoustic guitar in my tiny bedroom studio and banged out a set of Pixies tunes.
He left me and keith with the instruction to make it as weird as possible. we were happy to oblige and set up all our effects and loopers and jammed along
We met Frank Black while performing with David Thomas and the two pale boys. The story is in my biography on the proper job page
We made a video at the time of “Where is my mind” cutting together footage of us performing along with scenes from the film Fight Club, which famously uses the Pixies track in its final scene.
