Whilst we are all stuck in lockdown, I will try to lighten your mood and be live streaming a series of random, improvised live trumpet sessions – without warning – so keep your eyes peeled!
I will be performing these from home, mainly my home bedroom studio using live looping effects pedals, but may well throw in some unusual and experimental performances – trumpets with extra tubing, kazoos attached, filtered through buckets of water – maybe even soundtrack a live news broadcast – the possibilities are endless – who knows what will happen?
Initially, they will be broadcast via Facebook Live from my Andy Diagram Trumpet page – hoping to do something daily but as time goes by, I will be looking to stream from my youtube channel and other platforms too.
WARNING – the performances are one-offs, never-to-be-repeated and will be deleted almost immediately! This allows me to feel more spontaneous and able to experiment with different ideas without feeling that I will have to live with the consequences uploaded online forever!
