Happy New Year. Thanks for all your support over the last year. 2016 promises to be one of the busiest years yet with new album from Spaceheads out and new album from James on its way in March plus much more
James 13th album “Girl at the End of the World” is released on 18th March followed by a big tour of the UK in May along with much more activity around promoting the album and summer festivals in the UK and rest of the World
Spaceheads are in full swing promoting their new album ” A Short Ride on the Arrow of Time” and have a gig in Brixton London on 7th Jan followed by one on the 22nd Jan in Geneva and gigs in Wales, Scotland, Portugal and Italy about to be announced. keep an eye on my gig page.
David Thomas and two Pale Boys are getting active again with a gig at Cafe Oto London on 30th Jan and Michael Head continues to develop the Red Elastic Band with a big gig in London on March 4th and plans for more shows and recording this year.
I continue to develop my solo playing with electronics and loopers and have just started to embark on a “Peace Trumpet” project that commemorates my Grandfathers role in the first world war one hundred years ago. I have his original diary and will use it to plot out memorial events across the western front in the North of France. This website will host dedicated peace trumpet pages following my journey in my Grandads footsteps over the next three years.
