I joined James in 1989, when they expanded to a seven piece including violin and keyboards, and started to have hit singles and albums. I left at the end of 1992 to pursue other musical avenues. James continued until 2001, when they split up. I joined them for their farewell tour of the UK.
It wasn’t long before they got back together in 2007 and bought me back along with the original guitarist Larry – who left shortly after me. The magnificent 7 were back!
In the years since 2007 there have been a few line up changes and lots of releases . The James website has all the latest info.
